What do I need to bring to class?
I suggest that you wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat, towel/blanket, and water. However, if you bring only yourself to the studio, that’s okay too!
What time should I show up for class?
I recommend that you arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to chat and stretch before but at the minimum 5 minutes early so we can all start on time and together! Though, if you’re late – it happens. Join us anyways!
Are children allowed?
The child must be mature enough to handle himself/herself appropriately in an adult class.
Can I practice if I’m pregnant?
For your safety and the safety of your child, I do not prefer you to practice during the first trimester. If you are in your second or third trimester, Gentle or Basic level classes are recommended. All of this is a warning, you practice at your own discretion and agree to responsibility for any outcomes to your body as you recognize this is donation based yoga.
