Altruism for all through appetite, adventure, advocacy

Kindness, forgiveness.

Be kind. Be Bold.

Ahimsa:

multidimensional concept inspired by the premise that all living beings have the spark of divine spiritual energy therefor to hurt another being is to hurt oneself.

Altruism – disinterested and selfless concern for the well being of others

Appetite – exists in all higher life forms and serves to regulate adequate energy intake to maintain metabolic needs

healthy

Adventure

unusual and exciting or daring experience.

Exploring what is uncharted to you.

Enjoying what is common for you.

Maybe it’s as simple as swinging.

Advocacy

public support for or recommendation of a particular cause or policy.

The word “yoga” comes from the Sanskrit root yuj,
which means “to join” or “to yoke”.

ahimsa.jpgYoga is a practical aid, not a religion. Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment.

Thus, my life revolves around my efforts in unionizing all of these definitions.

Enjoying a fruitful life while spreading kindness and taking care of my health and the earth as we know it. Be generous.
